Unable to reply to threads.

In Firefox 3.6 and IE 8, after hitting "new comment" or "reply" within a thread, i see only a Preview button, but no Save button. Clicking Preview just reloads the page instead of displaying a preview. In Opera, I don't even see replies beyond the first post in a thread.
