As much as I loathe the things, I've had to add a Captcha to the form for submitting new issues, due to clever spambots submitting dubious links there. Note that this only applies to unauthenticated users; if you have an account, and you're logged into it, you shouldn't even see it when you go to submit a bug or suggestion.
